Chris is a musician who is much sought after as a Musical Director and Pit Musician. Since graduating with a BMus from the University of Hull in 2009, he has been working as a freelance musician, in education, and providing instrumental lessons to children and adults.

 

In recent years he has been very busy working on musicals and pantomimes, and also with choirs.  His extensive career has seen show credits ranging from ”White Christmas” to “West Side Story” and “Whistle Down The Wind” to “The Wiz” to name but a few (beginning with W).

Chris has been working as an MD and Vocal Coach since 2007. During that time he also wrote the songs and music for a new youth theatre adaptation of "Peter Pan" that premiered in 2017.

Having recently finished a run as MD in pantoland on the brand new Hercules:- The Pantomime Adventure, the year ahead looks include multiple shows- both in the pit and as MD- and some accompanying.
